TOWN HALL HYGIENE COMMITMENT TO OUR STAFF & GUESTS
The health and safety of our guests and team are always of paramount importance to us and never more so than today. Safety is our priority. In association with our external experts and following government guidelines, we have enhanced our existing hygiene and well-being policies to ensure our guests and team are safe. These include:
GUEST EXPERIENCE
Socially distant check-in, express check out and contactless payment
Thermometers and sanitising stations available for guests
Room rotation to allow for all arrival rooms to have been vacant for a minimum of 24 hrs
Guest journey established throughout the hotel to maintain social distancing and limit use of high touch point areas
Housekeeping service will be performed while you’re out of your room. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting will be carried out using chemicals that are appropriate for COVID-19 including increased frequency of cleaning all public areas and high touch point areas in all rooms
Wellness amenity to include sanitising wipes and gels
In room-dining to include contactless delivery and pick up
TEAM PROCEDURES
Our team will complete a health screening questionnaire and confirm they are in good health prior to returning to work
No team member will work if they or anyone in their household is unwell
Hands on training for all team and a formal audit program for all of our new and enhanced hygiene procedures
Extra diligence with hand hygiene for all team members including regular hand washing for 20 seconds with hot water and soap, and the addition of hand sanitiser
All team members are provided with appropriate PPE
Daily temperature checks carried out for all team members on duty
Contactless pick up and deliveries in place with our suppliers which follow social distancing guidelines and hygiene practices
WATER
At 196 Bishopsgate Apartments every drop counts. We recognize that water is our most valuable resource and we work hard to reduce the volume we use on a daily basis so it remains in nature, where it belongs. Help us by hanging the YES card on your door when you wish to have your Suite freshened up.
WASTE
When it comes to waste, we work to recycle, repurpose, and reuse all that we can. At 196 Bishopsgate Apartments, less is more with what we leave behind.
